So I always think it’s hilarious how packed my gym gets in January. All these people with high hopes that “this will be the year” they actually stick to their goals.
We all know that most of them won’t. History has proven it.
But, there IS a way to make those goals SOLIDIFIED. So deeply emotionalized that there’s no possible way you will “fall off” like everyone else.
Danny and I did a Facebook Live on this recently…
Where we share the 3 step framework to CRUSH your 2019 goals.

Are your friends dragging you down?
Do you hang out with naysayers who are always poo-pooing on your dreams?
Do you want to hang out with a group of people who will inspire you to go for it?
If so, I feel you. I did that for many years. It always kept me STUCK.
It wasn’t until I started hanging out with some really amazing people that I saw what was possible.
My standards raised. I started taking actions I never had before.

But still, I use Facebook every day as a business tool...to get my message out there, to network, to connect, to find like-minded people.
In fact, I’ve gone on record saying that Facebook is the single most valuable tool for my businesses today!
Literally...

Last week we were looking at another house to buy.
Purchase price was only 27K, and it was a few blocks from the square in Columbia, TN.
It was also currently rented out.
These are all GOOD signs.
It almost felt too good to be true.
I jumped on it, letting the wholesaler know that I wanted it.
We got our contractor in the house…
And after giving us his normal breakdown of repairs needed…
He said “You should really have a foundation guy check this house out”...
Just that one quick sentence.
I was tempted to ignore his advice…
I really wanted to buy this cheap, good deal.
I’d bought houses in the past with iffy foundations before…
Without a “foundation guy”...
And most of the time, they worked out.
But, there were a couple of times where doing that BACKFIRED.
I can remember two flips we did where our profit was slashed by $20,000…
